Return x Terms x Shipping

SHIPPING: Please allow all orders one full week for handling. Orders will be shipped either USPS tracked and insured. 

RETURNS/REFUND: I can not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

ARRIVES DAMAGED: As the daughter of a retired UPS Driver-turned-Executive, I was raised take obsessive care when I package my work, especially because they are ceramics.  However, if your order arrives broken take pictures of the broken item(s) and packaging immediately and contact the shipping service to file a claim. USPS File a Claim. All orders are insured. Next, email me your photos and let me know, so we can discuss next steps for getting you a new one.

CARE: All functional food and beverage wares without 22kt gold luster, are microwave dishwasher safe, however, handmade pots are happiest with a hand-washing! I usually wash mine by hand and run them through the dishwasher for an occasional deep clean. 

Friendly Reminder! As all Born on Sunset pieces are made by my hands, no two pieces will be precisely identical. Sets will of course be made as such, plates will be made to stack, etc, but there will be subtle differences, and their uniqueness only adds to their charm.
